122140 - hang in Page Info with large images

I tryed Page Info for single image, but browser nearly hangs (still slowly
running, but without response to me, for WinNT was process still running).

Repro:
1. go to url - http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=66694&action=view
2. open Page Info 
3. switch to Media tab

Actual:
Preview area isn't showing image, but browser hangs.

Expected:
Images is showed.

Note: I tryed this several times, in one case image was correctly showed.

Modifying summary. Seems size is the issue, not file-type. Verifying based on dup.

on linux behaviour is different: only parts of image loads in page info media
tab, then the view starts flickering and continously resize. Changing tab to
something else stops the flickering, but switching back to media tab - it still
jumps along.

I don't know why it's doing this. It's a relatively recent regression; as part
of my testing I used to view large images in it. I hadn't tried it in a some
weeks (probably almost a month) though, mostly since nothing major has changed
in that time. The last time I know it worked I was looking at some screenshots,
I think on the Anarchy Online site. Anyway, that was nearly a month ago. I'll
start downloading older builds, try to see exactly when it happend.

I've narrowed it down as much as I can with nightlies, and it seems that the fix
for bug 116855 regressed it. It worked on the 15th, but not the 16th.

I see this with this image:

right-click and View Page Info on this image caused Mozilla to hang, eating up
92% of cpu resources and memory consumption was slowly, constantly, rising. I
couldn't reproduce it. I don't recall whether the image had fully loaded or not
when I View Page Info'd
