Steps to reproduce:

1) Add custom search with keyword to existing synced Firefox profile
2) Install Firefox on a new Computer, enable sync existing profile
3) Try using keyword search from step 1


Actual results:

Keyword search is not available for that keyword


Expected results:

The keyword should be synced with the bookmarked search to be available on all computers syncing with this account
