Steps to reproduce:

Open Browser, visit gmail, prompted to Allow or Allow and Remember for Google Talk plugin, click Allow and Remember


Actual results:

Every time browser is closed and reopened, it prompts again


Expected results:

Never prompt again if Allow and Remember is clicked
Related issue #1030289 claims needinfo, but seriously just fix it.
