1221980 - New empty conversation window generated when 'Copy Link'/'E-mail Link' buttons are dragged&dropped

Reproducible with latest Developer Edition 44.0a2 and Nightly 45.0a1 (from 2015-11-04), e10s on/off
Affected platforms: Windows 7 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit, Mac OS X 10.11.1 and Windows 10 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Click Hello icon and select Get started button.
3. Start a conversation
4. Drag and drop 'Copy Link' or 'E-mail Link' buttons.

Expected results: Nothing happens (same behavior as with the previous Hello implementation).

Actual results: New empty windows are generated.

Additional notes:
1. Browser console output: 'TypeError: aChatbox is null' thrown by socialchat.xml:706:1
2. Reproducible with Nightly from 2015-10-03, but not with Nightly from 2015-10-01 - I suspect this happens due the new changes from bug 1184924.
