122211 - cannot save picture from forwarded mail

If you have recived forwarded message with pictures in it, pistures are
displayed in mail-windows, but when you're trying to save it (right click),
save-dialog doesn't appear.

Also the problem is, attached forwarded mail is opening on double-click as page
with MIME content e.g. not decoded. I think, there is need to decode it
automatically.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. get forwarded message with something attached in original (pix)
2. view it in mailer
3. try to save

Actual Results:  no results

Expected Results:  save dialog
