User Story
As a developer I want my web app to be launched in a fullscreen display mode so that there's more room for content Acceptance criteria: * Launching a pinned web app which specifies a fullscreen display mode in a W3C manifest should open the web app in fullscreen mode with no status bar or browser chrome visible * Navigating into a pinned web app with a fullscreen display mode via bookmark or deep link should transition into fullscreen mode * Navigating out of the scope of a pinned web app in fullscreen display mode should transition out of fullscreen mode into the display mode appropriate for the web page navigated to * Fullscreen mode should follow the existing interaction design of fullscreen Open Web Apps (e.g. use the same method to access the status bar) * The user should be able to expand and collapse browser chrome from the fullscreen display mode (may require new interaction design)

Manifest property: display.
Implement support for the fullscreen value of the display property of the manifest, to work the same way as fullscreen Open Web Apps. We need to consider what happens when you navigate into and out of a pinned site.

Liz, do you think we need a UX spec to deal with the last two items of acceptance criteria (i.e. a way to access browser chrome from a fullscreen display mode), or should the browser chrome just expand with the status bar appearing somehow?

From Liz: "We decided that user would access it the same way as now: by pulling down from the top of the screen to reveal the status bar."
There's still an open question with Eric about transitions.
