Description:
If the user taps on the camera app to open it then locks the phone while it is opening the camera app will be closed when the screen is unlocked again.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151105134116
2) Open camera app
3) Lock the phone as the camera app is opening
4) Unlock the phone
5) OBserve screen

Actual:
camera app is closed

Expected:
it is expected that the camera app opens while the screen is locked

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Flame 2.5.
