Details

We are now going to optimize various animations and refactor related to optimizations. e.g. bug 1216030 or bug1166500. To test those bugs in automation tests I would like to expose Animation::CanThrottle in webidl with chrome only flag.
Or expose a method to get RestyleTyle (Throttled, Layer and Standard) in next tick?
This can be done by tests introduced in bug 1235286.
