XUL Tabs rendering tracking bug

(Core :: Widget, defect)

Not set

(Reporter: mikepinkerton, Unassigned)

When using NS_THEME_TAB_PANELS to draw a header of tabs, there is a gray strip
right below all the tabs that can't be overridden/painted with the theme stuff.
This needs to be fixed. It looks really ugly.
hyatt said this should go to hewitt. we need this for theme support on all
platforms. it looks like crap w/out it.

I think this is solved by bug 265698 on linux, I'll file MacOs and Windows counterparts and post their number in that bug, and mark them as blockers here.
