STR:
1) Open the testcase and start the video
2) Hover the mouse over the video area
3) Move the mouse outside the video
Result: mouse cursor flickers during a while.

(disable the mixed content protection when running the testcase)
It's even reproducible with different Flash players, like Digiteka Player.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
