Talked to @tori on Friday, the conclusion is that crash is not something user should see during daily use. Engineer should focus on fixing crashes. There is no need to change the UX at this moment. In addition, the UX design should be synchronize for all products. We'll need to align the design before making any modification on TV.

let's not worry about sending crash report for now
it's not just something on the client side. we need to work out the plans on server side as well

Hi Rex,

I just removed the whole crash_reporter module due to two reasons:

1. The module is quite standalone so there's no side effects to remove it.
2. The improvement of the boot-up time on TV is valuable so removing unnecessary js files is surely good for that.
