Steps to reproduce:

Login to www.elsteronline.de/eportal  
Login to www.elsteronline.de/bportal
using "Formular-Center" at www.haufe.de 

Logins: Java Applet is loaded, and Firefox 38.4. ESR crashes. Same with the "Formular Center". 
Returnig back to Firefox 38.3 ESR on the same PCs with the same Java: Everything works.


Actual results:

Firefox crashes, shows the "oops... Message" and before it restarts it asks to send information to mozilla.


Expected results:

No Crash. 
Expected same behaviour as in previous version 38.3. 

System:
Windows 7 64 Bit
Java 8 U65
Firefox ESR 38.4.0

Problem exists on all checked PCs (30+) and was solved by returning back to previous version on all PCs, too.
