* labels wrap to two lines
* textbox becomes taller than the toolbar
* content is overflowing vertically

STR: Open memory tool and resize the toolbox until it wraps

I seen this in nightly on osx and also have confirmed a similar wrapping issue happens in DE 44 builds on Win7 (although there doesn't appear to be a filter box, the checkboxes and labels wrap to two lines)
