currently there isn't any documentation for 2fa from a user's point of view.

we should create docs that detail, with screenshots:
- what 2fa actually is
- how enabling 2fa changes your bugzilla interactions
- info about printable recovery codes
- what to do if you lose your device

and link to these docs from the 2fa prefs page (both before and after enrolment).
