Confirm whether content-process crashes are ever submitted to Telemetry, and whether they're identified as such.
So, bug 1227312 would suggest that we are providing some sort of measurement of crashes via Telemetry, though the accuracy of the measurement is apparently in question.

Specifically, bug 1227312 comment 1 shows that crashing plugin-container does increment the relevant histograms (SUBPROCESS_ABNORMAL_ABORT and SUBPROCESS_CRASHES_WITH_DUMP), so I'm content to use that as evidence that we do indeed submit these.
