We should have a workerType of device! w00t! to run stuff, on devices! w00t!

As a bonus, we already have this configured in taskcluster but just needs some love. I told jlorenzo that I would be looking to see what else is needed. There are tests on treeherder staging for flame-kk that run against bitbar devices. Although right now they're rather orange because of device contention
