STR:
1. Visit https://people.mozilla.org/~ewong2/push-notification-test/
2. Tap "Register service worker"
3. Tap "Subscript to Push"
4. Accept "Push notification" permission.
5. Tap favicon in URL bar.
6. Unselect single "Push notification" permission. Observe options are Cancel and Clear.
7. Tap "Clear".
8. Tap favicon in URL bar again.
9. Observe "Push notification" permission is selected.
I haven't a clue if this is UI only. Do we have a test for this?

Okay, this is actually a site settings bug that we should just fix. Basically, the checkboxes are to select which items to clear, and unchecking items omits them from being cleared. This should say something like "Save" instead of "Clear", and reverse what the selection does.
