Steps to reproduce:

- Create a new SeaMonkey profile (I used a trunk build on Linux)
- Change the search provider from DuckDuckGo to Google
- Search for something using the urlbar or the context menu


Actual results:

- The urlbar and context menu are still using the old search provider (DuckDuckGo)


Expected results:

- The urlbar and context menu should be using the new search provider (Google)

REPRODUCIBLE with  SeaMonkey German 2.39 final Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:42.0 from official download area)  Gecko/20100101  Firefox/42.0  Build 20151103191810  (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. type a word into URL-Bar → <enter>
   » Search via DuckDuckGo
2. Menu Edit → Preferences → Browser → Internet Search → change to soemthing else 
  (Wikipedia) → [ok] → redo (1.)
   Bug: still DuckDuckGo used.

Additional Information:
a) Needs Quit SM  → relaunch to change RL bar search engine
b) Already reproducible with German SeaMonkey 2.32.1 Build 20150204202218 
   on German WIN7 64bit
c) Still worked fine with DE  SeaMonkey 2.26.1  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:29.0)
   Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0  Build 20140612174402  (Classic Theme) 
   on German WIN7 64bit
d) In my tests not theme related
e) Works fine with FF 45.0a1 (2015-11-10)

g) Component "Search" for now, but might also be "Preferences" or even something
   else
