Steps to reproduce: * Go offline * Start firefox-developer with an empty profile. * Run WebIDE * Project -> new app What happens: This network error is shown Can't download app templates: Network error What should have happened: At least one empty template should be shipped with Firefox. The rest can be fetched from the Internet on first run.
Apps are being removed with B2G cleanup.
