122496 - [RFE] Mail notify (biff) should add-in to turbo icon

Currently a new icon is added to my already too crowded task tray. It would be
much better if this would be integrated into the turbo icon much like ICQ does it.

Rightclicking the turbo icon should show how many new messages are waiting and
doubleclicking it should open mail, and reset the icon.

So if there's no mail:

- Default turbo icon, no extra info in context menu

If there is mail:
- icon changes to mail-notify icon (could blink doesn't have to)
- an informative item is added to the context menu and the tooltip of the tsry
icom showing how many new messages and the time the last message has arrived

If a user doubleclicks on the icon
- open the mail
- reset icon, and counter.
