122517 - saving non-english emails as html file is incorrect

when i try to save non-English e-mail message as an HTML file, 
it writes message header in Unicode (utf-8) -- and the rest of message in the 
language native encoding, so to view this file in Mozilla browser i have to 
switch encoding to Unicode to read header (Subj, From, To) and to that language 
encoding to read the rest. It happened with Russian and Korean languages. 

both messages had subj lines encoded in language's native encoding. 

both save-as's attached. 

apparently i could not save message's sources -- i used mozilla 0.9.8 - branch 
tagged -- custom built by altlinux.ru team, -- right click in message source 
view and clicking "Save as..." produced nothing.

It sounds like a dup of bug 74424, which just have a fix checked in today.

Vitaly, the bug we refer to is # 74424 got fixed and please look at tomorrow's
build to see if the problem's gone.
