1. go to youtube.com and play video
2. mute the tab audio icon
3. go to vimeo.com and play a video

result: tab is still muted

expected: going to a new domain should behave the same if i use the same tab or a new tab, i expect the audio to be unmuted
This is by design.  Muting a tab mutes, well, the tab, no matter what content is loaded inside it.
