Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached file in Firefox 42.0

Not reproduced on:
 - Firefox <= 32
or
 - Any zoom scale, "Actual zoom" or "Page width" view mode


Actual results:

Error "There was an unexpected problem while printing"


Expected results:

Print dialog must be shown

Reproduced with Firefox 43 beta 5 under Win 7 64-bit.
With latest Nightly 45.0a1 and Aurora 44.0a2 the issue no longer occurs.

Confirming for current beta.

Interesting, I can reproduce 43b5 having the issue but not DevEdition 44 (both with and without e10s enabled), but on trunk, the testcase WFM going back a long ways. Makes tracking it down with mozregression a pain.

I noticed that in 44.0a1 the issue only reproduced in non e10s windows, so I narrowed it down to:

 - the culprit seems to be bug 1064496.

What seems to have fixed it in 44.0a1 is bug 1214766:
