Per bug 1215970, starting on bug 1215970 comment 43, there is a very high incidence in shutdown crashes strongly correlated with Skype Click to Call, affecting Firefox 43 beta.

This block is limited to versions 7.5.0.9082 and lower (there's a newer version, but we don't know if it also causes these crashes yet), and Firefox 43 and above.

I changed the max version to 7.5.0.9082 with help from Mossop and TheOne. So I think comment 2 is resolved.

See bug 1215970 comment 62 and 63. The change was intentional. I don't see sufficient followup in that bug to warrant keeping the block for all versions, so thanks for taking care of that for me.
