The webrtc getStats API provides an implementation for RTCRTPStreamStats [1] but it's lacking some attributes. `mediaTrackId` is one of them. They should be implemented.

So, we seem to have all the attributes, but a couple of them (ssrc and kind) are not yet marked required in webidl.
