Details

AppUsageMetrics and AdvancedTelemetry should continue to function under the new security model. Of particular concern, the install/uninstall events that we normally receive from system when an app is installed/uninstalled may be modified or exist in a different way. This bug is to make sure that AUM and AT can continue to report the same set of metrics under the new security model.
