Correction:
  I suspect that I420ColorConverter does not work anymore since gonk L.

It seems not easy to address the I420ColorConverter problem. It seems POVD problem. Instead, it seems better to change as to use ANativeWndow by ACodec.

Bug 1009410 is related bug. But the changed can not be cherry-picked cleanly.
