Details
Affected OS's:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Windows 10 64-bit
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
Don't have a Mac with dual screen but I think it also reproduces there as well.
Affected builds:
- Firefox 43 beta 4
- latest Developer Edition 44.0a2
- latest Nightly 45.0a1
STR:
1. Start Firefox on one screen [A]
2. Visit any video (HTML5) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRlmP6xWdw0
3. Enter fullscreen
4. Focus another app or desktop from second screen [B]
5. When the fullscreen notification dissappears focus the video from screen [A]
Expected results: Notification does not show up again.
Actual results: Notification shows up each time the focus is changed from one screen to the other.
Notes:
- This is not a recent regression, it reproduces even with the old design from an old Nightly (2015-08-02).
- In comparison, fullscreen notification from Chrome and Opera does not behave like this.
- Not sure of the intended behavior here so requesting info.

Xidorn, do you know (or know someone who knows) if this is the intended behavior or not?

It is expected behavior currently. There are some discussions in bug 1196588 but I don't see consensus yet.
