Details

Per the dev-fxos discussion[1], it might be useful to have a variant of Service.request() that does not queue requests when a service is unavailable. This would be used when calling an optional cross-module hook. [1]: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.fxos/qO5d3boAgNw
