Using jan30 commercial trunk build

If you unignore a thread, the ignored thread icon is never removed.  The thread
is effectively unignored in that it will show new replies as unread, will show
new message/green arrow icon.  But the ignored icon/red circle is there forever,
through exit and beyond.

Steps:
1.  Open a newsgroup, show in threaded mode, toggle view ignored threads ON.
2.  Select a multi-message thread (avoiding bug 122640), Message|Ignore Thread.
3.  Select another newsgroup and return to see the ignored thread icon (bug 122642).
4.  Send a reply to the thread, get it, see that it is marked read automatically
 (thread is in ignored state).
5.  Un-ignore the thread by applying the command Message|Ignore Thread again.
    Result:  nothing apparently happens.
6.  Send a reply to the thread, get it, see that it is New/unread  and topic
message in collapsed state shows new message/green arrow icon (thread has
effectively been un-ignored).
7.  Exit application and return, go to newsgroup.  Note the icon is still there.
8.  Send another reply, get it, ignored icon is still there although the thread
is in unignored state effectively.

Result:  Ignored thread icon is not removable by Un-ignore.

Same for un-watch.  Icon is never removed, but the thread will not show in the
Watched Threads view even after it has new/unread replies.  It's effectively
unwatched, but the icon remains through exit and beyond.

Using jan31 commercial trunk: This has morphed -- now the icon is removed
immediately but reappears as soon as you change views or exit the group and return.

I debugged this, and the flags seem to stick and be removed properly. I think 
this could be a message database problem.

Laurel, is this only visual or does it infact forget your un-ignore request?

It is still visual only, just as stated in original description; the unignore
request was honored.  The icon is there, but the thread is in an effectively
unignored state where new replies will be shown as new/unread.

I wrote this bug specifically for the icon, but may be the same underlying cause
as bug 121164 about the thread never being returned to normal view (if ignored
threads toggle is off)?
