Description:
When opening message app, pressing the Compose Icon with starting a message and put the app to background, then bring message app to forefront the Cursor and Keyboard are not presented. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151120133504
2) Open the Message App, then press the Compose Icon to start a message. 
3) Observe that the cursor at the TO: prompt, and the keyboard are presented. 
4) Long Press the SHB to put the message app into the background(Task Manager) and then, tap the app preview, that is in the background, to bring to forefront. 
5) Observe: 

Actual:
Cursor at the TO: prompt and Keyboard are NOT presented when message app is brought back from background/task manager.  

Expected:
Cursor at the TO: prompt and Keyboard ARE presented when message app is brought back from background/task manager.

This issue also occurs on the following apps when put into background then brought into foreground: 
Email App.
Contacts App. 
Calendar App.
Notes App. 

Hence this is a Card View issue.

This issue is caused by changes made in Bug 1209402.

Marcus this issue seems to have been caused by the changes for bug 1209402. Can you please take a look?

Julien as I said in bug 1226419 I don't believe that these are the same bug because the results and steps are different. In this bug the user brings up the task manager and the keyboard never activates when returning to the app. In 1226419 the user goes home and when returning to the app the keyboard activates and is dismissed right away. There are youtube videos attached to both bugs that show this different behavior.

As we cannot reproduce bug 1226419 we cannot verify if the same change caused both issues.

I believe that the fact that the keyboard activates/dismisses is just a timing difference. But let's see what Marcus will find !
