Attached file Rendering Bug.zip
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20151029151421 Steps to reproduce: Unzip the attached file. Open the folder, Rendering Bug. Double-click Jobs by Owner - StaffMe.net.htm to open in Firefox version 42.0. Actual results: At the bottom of the rendered report, below and to both sides of the footer (page numbers), there is a thin black border. Expected results: There should be no border around the bottom of the report. Neither Internet Explorer nor Chrome renders this border. Furthermore, the software (an ASP.NET Web page) that rendered the form has been checked, and no border should be drawn around the footer. The ASP.NET platform in use is .NET Framework 4.6, which is up to date at this time.
I don't the see the glitch. Could you attach a screenshot about what you see, please.

I'm not able to reproduce it with your testcase and FF42. Did you test yourself the .htm file in the zip archive instead of the local ASP.net webpage?
Yes, I did. I also retested just now as follows: 1. I deleted my original files. 2. I downloaded Rendering Bug.zip from this bug report. 3. I extracted all files from the ZIP file. 4. I went into the Rendering Bug folder just created and opened the .htm file. 5. The report was displayed in Firefox 42.0 for Windows 7 exactly as in the screenshot.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Build ID: 20151125030231 Works fine for me also on Windows 7 and the latest Nightly. John, could you please let me know if you are still seeing the issue when: - starting Firefox in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode - starting Firefox with a new profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles - starting Firefox after a reset https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

And a copy of the "graphics" section from about:support too.
Starting Firefox with a new profile revealed the problem. In order to display the rendering artifact, it is also necessary to Zoom In by pressing Ctrl-+. Ever confirmed: true
It's an issue about rendering table border when zooming in. Surely a dupe.
