1227200 - Trying to run sdk tests gives somewhat indirect error messages

The wiki for running the addon SDK tests says to run "mach jetpack-test" (yes, busted, I will fix it).

If you do that, you get:

  It looks like you are trying to run an unknown mach command: jetpack-test

  Did you want to run any of these commands instead: jetpack-addon,
  jetpack-package?

So then you try "mach jetpack-package" and get:

  It looks like you tried to run a mach command from an invalid context.

etc.  

We should probably make "jetpack-test" immediately point to "mochitest" or something.
