Reproducible on: Firefox 45.0a1, Firefox 44.0a2 and Firefox 43 beta 6 using Ubuntu


STR:
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2.Right click on a link.
3.Select “Bookmark this link” option.
4.Switch to another tab. 

ER
New Bookmark pop-up is focused and no other action is allowed until the bookmark is saved or canceled.

AR
New Bookmark pop-up is not focused and the user is able to navigate through tabs.


Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 45.0a1 (2015-11-23), Firefox 44.0a2 (2015-11-24) and Firefox 43 beta 6 (20151123113812) under Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.
- This issue is not a recent regression because it is reproducible on Firefox 35 RC (20150108202552)
- This is not reproducible on Windows and Mac.
