1228204 - [TV][2.5] Press option on app's icon will inform system app of which app is focuesd

When user press "option" on app's icon, hash changed with the app's manifest url.

e.g. /#manifest=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fmanifest.webapp

(manifest url is encoded by encodeURIComponent function)

System app will listen to the hash change event and handle rest of the work on adding app to (or removing app from) the app deck.
