Steps to reproduce:

I got  a pop-up that said Thunderbird 38.4.0 was available. It had text that said "View more information about this update" that is apparently a link to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/38.4.0/releasenotes/ but when I clicked on the text I got a 404: not found error. (See attachments.) (Since the Enter A Bug page only lets me upload one attachment and I have two, I'll upload them both after I submit the bug.)


Actual results:

I got a 404: not found error.


Expected results:

I should have gotten the release notes page.

Note that this seems to be a recurrence of Bug 1166100 - "404: page not found -mozilla, wanted to view the release notes on todays(5-18-15) thunderbird update. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/31.7.0/releasenotes/"
