Reproducible on Firefox 43 beta 6 under Windows 10 64-bit

STR:
1.Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2.Navigate to https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=mail&continue=https://mail.google.com/mail/#identifier
3.Type your username using OSK
4.Tap the “Next” button
5.Tap outside the password field area.
6.Focus the password field.
7.Repeat step 5 and step 6.

ER
The on-screen keyboard is successfully displayed.

AR
Focusing the password field,the OSK makes a short flicker and after that it is dismissed.
Noticed the same issue on https://login.yahoo.com/ 


Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 43 beta 6 (20151123113812) under Windows 10 64-bit.
- It is *not* reproducible on Firefox 45.0a1 (2015-11-25) and Firefox 44.0a2 (2015-11-25) under Windows 10.64 bit.
- This testing was performed on a Dell Xps 12 and Surface Pro 2 with no keyboard attached.

Also encountered this behavior on the yahoo registration form (https://edit.europe.yahoo.com/registration?fs=xwUIK8SHafAIxZBLuNDHbOIiTg4KTYIPQ7dGU1UkbjJDvJgkjJJJnnFsO8te4BYrBo4bQPpX) with the same steps from the description.
Since the flicker only occurs for the password field, could be related to bug 1211234?

Yes, for sure. Also, I would swear there is a dupe of this bug filed that has that information already...

This works for me with latest Nightly 51.0a1, 20160810030202 on Win10 Surface Pro.

moving focus in and out of the password field smoothly slide opens the OSK, no flickering.
