Steps:

1. Install Yandex toolbar.
(Notice that the search toolbar is replaced by Yandexs' Smartbox).
2. Remove Yandex toolbar and restart Firefox.

Actual Result:
The Firefox Search toolbar is not restored.

Expected Result:
The Firefox Search toolbar should be restored when Yandex is removed.
