"Verizon Public SureServer CA G14-SHA1" is signed by "Baltimore CyberTrust Root" which is now owned by DigiCert.
Ben, would you please have someone look into why 1024-bit certs are being issued?

This bug can be closed. Verizon confirmed that they have mechanisms in place to prevent the issuance of 1024-bit RSA certificates.
