Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached file from the hard disk.
(In my case in Firefox 42.0 on a Mac under OSX 10.9.5.)



Actual results:

All paragraphs are rendered red.


Expected results:

Only the second paragraph should be red.

Note that if the alert at the end is uncommented, the rendering is correct.
