Details

The tests which check the animation effect's timing function correctly works needs Animatable.animate (or Animation constructor?). I.e., create an animation with easing property in KeyframeEffectOptions, run the animation, and check that it's style property is correctly calculated by the effect's function.
We're not going to be able to test this until we can actually run script-generated animations.
