Details
Out of a discussion about linters, the fact that preprocessed js files (e.g #ifdef) will fail came up. And also the fact that they're generally pretty terrible anyway.
Afaict, there's no actual need to pre-process reftest.js.. We just do it because, we can? We'd have to turn it into a proper .jsm in all cases, and figure out a way to tell it whether it should run in bootstrapped, b2g or normal mode. This could probably just be a pref like everything else.
