Personal toolbar folder is deleted if you select Personal toolbar folder in sidebar panel and delete a bookmark in personal toolbar. Steps to reproduce: (1) Open Bookmark tab in sidebar and select Personal toolbar folder. (2) Right-click a bookmark in personal toolbar and select "Delete". Actual result: Personal toolbar folder is deleted in sidebar. Expected result: The selected bookmark is deleted.
