Attachment: First run page as seen when Firefox first opens

The /firstrun page is not responsive and much of its content is hidden when Firefox opens for the fist time. We are working on making the Firefox window open at more appropriate sizes on first run in Bug 384336 but we could still make better use of space on smaller screens.

We will be working on exactly this as part of project Seymore in Mozlando.

Verdi: this will be resolved with bug 1226830. During Mozlando, we tested 1 million users and the new layout improved conversion rates by 18%. We are going to make it even more responsive next week before pushing it out to everyone as the default.

FYI: The conversion rates are looking good for the new responsive first run page. The week it was launched saw conversion rates 30% higher than the previous week. We'll see how it plays out over the next few weeks.

Just a quick update. I have been monitoring conversion rates on the /firstrun/ page for pre-responsive and post-responsive and for the past 3 weeks, they have leveled out at exactly 18% improvement in FxA sign up rates, which is exactly what was determined by the Mozlando A/B test in bug 1226830.
