Details

We should add support for the options_page API, so that add-on developers can have a custom configuration page for their add-on. I'm not sure if this belongs in Settings, but my best guess is that we will put any hooks to this in the add-on details panel of settings, so I'll file it here for now. https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/options
