So, according to https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=fx-team&fromchange=3b8b9e4abbaa&filter-searchStr=e910a9216cb2352440c3aa26eaecf5d5a0ca3e1f&selectedJob=6046305 this started happening on the push for bug 1222490 and bug 1221050. Prior to that push, m-e10s(3) was green, but browser_AddonWatcher.js was not included in that chunk. So the push with those two bugs rearranged which chunks this test ran in. This was already failing previously in bc5: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=6000008&repo=fx-team

So, we seem to have Linux-only issues here and in bug 1230027. I have an intuition, but I won't have time to work on this before the end of MozLando.
