Steps to reproduce:

Accepted a request to grant presence authorization



Actual results:

Contact was added but presence wasn't requested

We discussed this on IRC but forgot to file it at the time. A user pointed it out recently,
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/17727

There is a workaround, which is to "File > Add Contact..." the requesting user.


Expected results:

Request presence of the newly added contact
Component: Contacts window → XMPP
Product: Instantbird → Chat Core
