Build 2002012403, Win2k, 100% reproducable Click View, Apply Theme, some theme. Press Ctrl+W, Ctrl+2 or Ctrl+N. Nothing happens. See also bug 119696, "Many keyboard shortcuts doesn't work when focus is on a <select>".

Don't know what the issue would be off the top of my head... and it isn't a 1.0 level issue IMO.

This is WFM since we don't switch themes until the browser restarted.
