Bug 1215959 implemented core AccessibleCarets for Android. This test (and others) now fail [0] for a variety of reasons mostly due to event processing changes associated with Selection event handling, and have been disabled. Also, we manage our cursors/caret visibility differently than FFOS/b2g, and this may have caused testing issues. The goal here is to either: fix this test and enable it, clone the test into a plausible Android version, or explain why doing neither is appropriate, then wont-fixing. Sadly, this test is now running, and often failing, on Android.
