1230358 - Changing frames in the Browser Toolbox doesn't reset the list of applied stylesheets

STR:
Open the Browser Toolbox to the Style Editor
Open a XUL notification (helps to rebuild with a longer duration in /toolkit/components/alerts/resources/content/alert.css)
Select the alert.xul frame
Look at list of stylesheets

ER:
The list on the left side of the window should only be the applied stylesheets in the alert.xul window.

AR:
The list still contains all of the stylesheets from the browser.xul window.

I wonder if this is related to the way the style-editor initializes (it gets all stylesheets the first time and then doesn't really respond to changes). I think this is related to what I described in bug 1224558 comment 1.

I tried a couple weeks ago and couldn't reproduce but thought maybe I could think of some other cases. Let's close this now as works-for-me. I will reopen if I can reproduce it again.
